GENERAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES

The purpose of Flying High Pet Resort is to provide a safe, fun, and stimulating social environment for dogs. To ensure the safety and health of your pet and our other guests, we require all guests to comply with the following rules and regulations:

AGE: Dogs should be at least ten (10) weeks of age. Senior dogs (dogs over seven years old) will be admitted based on the discretion of the staff at Flying High Pet Resort.

VACCINATIONS: All dogs must have current vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof of DHLPP and Bordetella vaccinations. Rabies vaccination is required for all puppies over four (4) months of age. All dogs seven (7) months or older must be spayed or neutered.

HEALTH: All dogs must be in good health and free from any condition that could potentially jeopardize the health of other dogs. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or re-admitted.

BEHAVIOR: All dogs must be non-aggressive. Flying High Pet Resort reserves the right to refuse admittance to any dog for any reason. Due to insurance liability restrictions, we regret that we cannot admit pit bulls, pit mixes, or bully breeds to our daycare or boarding facility. However, we will happily groom your pit bull or pit bull mix dog.

SPAY AND NUETER POLICY: All unneutered male or unsprayed female dogs between 12 months old and younger must have a Flying High Pet Resort owner's approval prior to admission. Since dogs younger than 3 months old are too young to be spayed or neutered, they will automatically be eligible for admission. All unneutered male or unspayed female dogs 1 year old and older are not eligible for admission. Any exceptions need to be approved by a Flying High Pet Resort owner.

All daycare dogs are required to be evaluated prior to admission. There is a $15 ($7 per each additional dog from the same household) fee for this evaluation. We recommend that your dog attend daycare one to three times a week. Because a dog's behavior can change, any dog that has not attended our daycare for three consecutive months may be subject to a re-evaluation.

Upon your request, we will help you in addressing any unwanted behavior from your dog. Please realize that not all behavior or bad habits are correctable in a day care environment, and special, individual training may be necessary.

DOGS: Must be leashed upon entry to and exit from Flying High Pet Resort. All food or medications that your dog requires during the day should be provided when dropping off your dog. Additional fees will be charged for special spa services such as bathing, park walks, etc.

APPLICATION: All dogs must have a complete, up-to-date and approved application on file prior to admittance.

FEES: All fees must be paid at the time of services.
